Previewing a configuration

You can run MediaCD right from within the Configuration Editor by selecting Preview with MediaCD from the File menu. If you have already saved, this will run from the folder you saved in. If you have not saved, the folder will be the application's current working folder.

Use this command to see how your configuration looks and works. Depending on where you save the configuration file, MediaCD may not find any media files. In that case, save your configuration into a folder containing media files, or copy media files into the folder of your configuration.

When creating a configuration for CD, it is recommended that you first create the layout of the CD in a folder on your hard drive, and save the configuration file into that folder. For more information on how to create a CD, see:
